This game is fantastic! I have zero complaints. no ads, not too difficult, enjoyable storyline, beautiful graphics. I think it's related to Royal match, I feel like I saw that pass very quickly in one of the frames but I 1000 percent recommend downloading. There's nothing worst than sneaking in a few minutes of phone gaming during work and the ads take up half if that time. Not with this game. It's awesome!!!

FINALLY!! A matching game that understands we don't need a tutorial on how to match "blocks" or what pattern to do to make power ups. The creators understood that there are soooo many matching games that people have, at this point, at least tried once. I just wish the games matched the ads. Simply because some of us have a villain inside that wants to watch the king die once or twice. And the rest of us that are natural heros and want to save him to prove our worth. Either way, thank you.

Fun for a while, until levels clearly become designed to screw you by 1 or 2 moves. "Multi-layer" ice is also misleading, requiring single squares to be hit twice to make any sort of progress. The premise of the game is fun and the execution is enjoyable, but by the time you reach level 170 you begin to see the gimmick (levels designed to cater to microtransactions).

UPDATE: I am on level 66, and this game is still absolutely nothing like your advertisement was. So, i am dropping the rating from 3 to one because you are liars. started playing it about 30 minutes ago after watching many ads about it. it's okay, but nothing like the advertisement. No ads so far as the advertisement said, and that's a good thing, but it's a little boring. I'll play it a while longer to see if it changes.😊

Nope. Another bait and switch from the same company. Sure, this one is actually match 3, but there are no water/fire/lava/hazards to save the king from. The only time your matches "do" something like the playable demo, where your matches shoot static targets, is on boss levels. Even then, your King isn't advancing through a stage — you're just attacking the bad guy's castle. 2 stars cause the devs clearly worked hard on something special, but marketing should be fired with malice and replaced.

Fun but wish there were more ops to get power-ups without paying $$. I was enjoying and blowing through levels until I hit a hard level I couldn't beat and used up all my boosters. Now playing without any is a struggle and I am often stuck playing a level over and over - and over until I finally win but then faced with same issue next level. Playing less now bc I am frustrated.

As it is better than the original royal match, it's Cheap of a company that made it. You clear a level to get gold coins, and it only gives you 16 or 20. It takes a long time to build them up. I know what it's up to. It wants you to spend money but I'm not blowing thousand on this game. Clearing a level should give you 100 coins minimum. No more then 150.

Fooled again, I'm almost on level 96 and I haven't had one resue mission yet. The advertisement will have you thinking you are going to be doing rescue missions, but none so far, and as I was reading other reviews, they don't mention completing any. The advertisement shows you how you are able to select different mission, which draws you in, but where are they? Why can't they make a game, exclusively of rescue missions, that would be awesome!!

This game truly has no ads, but the alternative is a massive PTW game. Yeah, no forced ads is great, but when everything requires coins, you'll run out fast without spending cash. I'd rather watch an ad. The competitive nature of the game means everyone with deep pockets will keep defeating you. Uninstalling this garbage. 👎🏻👎🏻

I enjoyed the game and was really hooked in the first 200 levels. Not 1 loss. Then, obviously data science and difficulty adaptation chipped in, then I started losing every single level, regardless of its difficulty, obviously to slow me down. It's a very big turn off and is not making me convert to a payer, instead I'm deleting the game

Good game. It's slowly getting more developed with each update, but if you want a more complete experience I recommend checking the game out in a few months. Edit: Now the game is out a year and a half later, and I must say, it's great. Definitely an improved experience from Royal Match, which in comparison is much more bland and basic if I'm being honest. The attack levels are a great deviation from the typical match 3 levels you'll find in other games.

You can't get past a certain level unless you make an in app purchase to buy more moves to increase your chances. Up until that point the game seems fair with the right amount of difficulty to be challenging. I will uninstall it now as I sense l this is the shape of things to come.

Pretty disappointed that I got fooled yet again by the ads. They got me with the previous ver, and again for this one. More fool me for thinking for 2 seconds that a game might actually be what was advertised. Nearly 80 levels in and so far I've not had even one of the rescue missions that are in the ads. Just another regurgitation of the same idea that's been around since ever. Shame on you, Developers, shame.

The SAVE the King ads have been playing so much and so insistently I thought I'd give the new game the benefit of the doubt. NOPE. It's just like the first game. It might have cooler visuals on the build a kingdom side but it is exactly the same format as the old one. I'm not into breaking boxes and the gummy-like assets aren't my preference. They could just make an ad on the actual gameplay to attract kids who like gummy assets. The ads look dangerous and high risk, why would parents download??

It's innovative but they have robbed the fun of playing by making most kingdoms very tough and some normal levels as well without the help of many boosters and coins.. This is happening from level 250 onwards.. Imagine the higher levels!!!!! it's true what is said on the adverts,it a fun easy game to play. OK well easy may not be right word, there is a certain strategy 😉 to the games. but it give a great sense of satisfaction and achievement when you pass the different levels and beat the Dark king 🤴. it can get slightly addictive but fun all the same.

Ok. So it's DEFINITELY not the game that's in the ads. Not even close. I had hoped to play that game. But it's a deception. The actual game, however, is pretty satisfying. It's a match 3 "puzzle" game. However! Just like in Candy Crush, you can't disable the hints. After about five seconds, hints pop up in the form of showing you where to make the matches. This is so distracting. And it takes away the chance to solve it yourself. So screw you for making an addictive game that I didn't want.

Game was fun until I reached a certain point. Now I'm stuck with no coins or boosters. Takes so many tries to beat a level. Not fun. Royal Match was never this hard. Can't even complete the challenges it gives you because I can't play! Never enough moves. They want you to pay to win 👎

I do not understand why game developers do this!!! The game itself is OK... and because of this i would give 2 stars. But the adverts for this game are false / fake / misleading / deceptive. So far I haven't found even a single level / challenge etc that bears any resemblance to the challenges in the ads. Don't be fooled into hoping this game is like the ads.... coz it isn't!!

Ive changed my rating I used to love this game. Now it's just a few levels then the arena and then a few levels and repeat. I'm good at this but I now cant finish a level because the game won't let me. Leaves me with 1 move almost every time on the same level for atleast 2 days trying to get me to but coins. So I think it's time for me to delete this one. I've been playing it for over a year but I won't be forced into buying coins, especially when the return is little to nothing.
